Cosy, vibrant room with a colourful aesthetic. Only a 5 minute walk from the city centre and 10 minute walk from the train station. Host was very kind and sent me instructions on how to check in. I think making those instructions as clear as they can be especially for neurodivergent guests would be so helpful. Also, offering plant based milks (oatly offer them) in the room itself would make me feel valued much more or even asking my dietary requirements beforehand. Affordable price for being so close to the city centre. Room has everything I neec and is of a high quality.

Really nice independent hotel! Claire was lovely and communicated well through messages. Guests upstairs our first night were very noisy well into the night/early morning but this wasn't a reflection on Claire or her space, just mindful that perhaps walls/ceilings are quite thin if attending on an event weekend or similar. Location was great and just a short walk from town, there is a carpark just across the road with reasonable prices for a city centre and it is cheaper on the weekend. Cars can be left there overnight and you just scan your ticket and pay whenever you want to leave. Room was nicely decorated with some tasteful and bright pieces, bathroom was great but small if you are perhaps of a larger build. Tea and coffee facilities available and a plug in-able miniature fridge, which helped us stop our chocolate from melting over the roasting week/weekend. Would stay again :) - plus there was a cute outdoor space for lounging!

We have just had a lovely weekend staying at Maison Claires, the owners were so lovely & really made us feel at home even allowing us to have a little celebration in the garden for my daughters 18th birthday. The B&B is very close the city centre so if you have a night out you don't have far to walk back. We will definitely be stopping here again when staying in Chester.

Had a one night stay in a triple room while attending a concert at Delamere Forest. Room was clean and comfortable, owner was friendly & welcoming (as was the owners gorgeous dog Snoopy!). This is not a place to be staying for a week at a time, but is perfect for a night or 2 and couldn’t be more centrally located! Would happily stay there again.
