Chichester's historic centre lies within easy reach, as do the castles and galleries of Arundel and Petworth. Goodwood offers racing and motorsports events. The South Downs National Park is accessible for walking, and Pulborough Station sits under three miles away if you want to venture further afield to the coast or Isle of Wight. Locally, the countryside around the cottage itself rewards exploration on foot.
The Little Cottage is a single-storey annexe sleeping two, with one bedroom, one bathroom and an open-plan living space. A pull-out double bed (4ft 6in) sits in the bedroom. The living area has a smart TV and French doors opening onto the garden, while the kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. There is parking for three cars on site.
What distinguishes the place is the private garden: a large enclosed lawn with patio, pizza oven, barbecue and firebox. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The cottage does not permit smoking. Check-in is after 18:00 and checkout before 10:00.
