Clovelly is a village on the Devon coast between Ilfracombe and Bideford. The settlement descends steeply to a working harbour, with whitewashed cottages lining a cobbled high street that doubles as the main thoroughfare down the hillside. The village remains largely car-free, with a donkey shuttle service operating on the steeper sections.
