Bryn Gefeiliau is a single-storey conversion sleeping four, set on a working sheep farm a mile outside Betws-y-Coed in the Gwydir Forest. Couples after a quiet rural base, families who want everything on one level, and small groups will find the layout straightforward: two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The property has its own parking for two cars and comes with bed linen included.
The kitchen has a microwave and washer-dryer for self-catering stays. The sitting area has a TV and DVD player. One dog can stay free. There is garden furniture outside. The ground-floor access and three steps to the entrance are worth noting if mobility matters to you.
Betws-y-Coed itself is close by—a working village with shops, pubs and restaurants, plus riverside walks. The location opens onto serious hiking territory: Snowdonia, Moel Siabod, and the trails of Gwydir Forest are immediate. Bodnant Gardens is within reach, as are the castles at Conwy and Caernarfon, and the beaches near Llandudno.
