Cae'r Elen sits within reach of some of North Wales' best outdoor pursuits. Moel Siabod is just north of the village; Mount Snowdon routes lie a short drive away; and Betws y Coed—home to golfing, fishing and bike trails—is 6 miles off. Conwy's castle and harbour are further afield, as is Zip World near Blaenau Ffestiniog. The village shop handles essentials, and the beach is 18 miles south.
The cottage has two bedrooms (a kingsize and two singles) and one bathroom. Downstairs you'll find a living room with a wood burner, a kitchen/dining room with a full range of appliances, a utility room and a conservatory overlooking the garden. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and initial logs for the burner are provided. The enclosed garden has a patio and sitting furniture; there's parking for one car on site.
The property works for couples, families and groups of friends, though smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
