About Seaview Farm Stays
Set just inland from the north Cornwall coast, Seaview Farm Stays offers lovely open views across rolling farmland towards the sea. While glimpses rather than full panoramas are the norm from most pitches, the west-facing aspect delivers some cracking sunsets. It's a peaceful, generously spaced site that welcomes families, groups and dogs year-round, with a pleasingly relaxed vibe – campfires and barbecues are both allowed.
The real draw here is the location for coastal walks and beaches. Guests can stroll through the farm to reach Park Head, Porth Mear Cove or the sands of Porthcothan Bay, perfect for paddling and bodyboarding. The South West Coast Path runs nearby, with excellent walks to Bedruthan Steps or Mawgan Porth, while Newquay and Padstow are both within easy striking distance.
Facilities are simple and functional: basic toilets, coin-op hot showers, drinking water and chemical waste disposal. Pitches sit on a slight slope, so it's worth checking photos beforehand. For supplies, Mawgan Porth (five minutes' drive) and Padstow have shops and eateries, though there's also a handy shop at Porthcothan Bay and a tearoom just over a mile away.

Lovely camping and caravanning site. Very peaceful, cannot hear the cars. A costal path right next to the site with a lovely beach and a more private cove area. The views were stunning, as was the location. The owner and his nephew were very lovely people, kind and helpful and helped my partner out when we had problems with the truck. We will definitely be coming back, hopefully next year and have recommended it to family.

We had a great time at Seaview Farm stays. The view is lovely (you will for sure see beautiful Cornish fields, if you're lucky with your pitch you even get a glimpse of the ocean!) and the beach is only a 15min walk away. The facilities are simple, but functional and clean. The owner, Alex, is very kind and helpful should you have any question or problem.
