Bracken Hill

Cornwall

St Ives occupies one of Cornwall's most celebrated stretches of coastline, where the quality of light has drawn artists for generations. The sea here shifts between turquoise and grey depending on the weather and time of day. Bracken Hill sits within the town itself, close enough to reach the beach at Porthminster on foot, yet positioned to take in views that sweep across Carbis Bay towards Godrevy Head.

The apartment has two bedrooms—a double with those far-reaching bay views, and a second with bunks—plus one bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, the lounge and kitchen-diner both look out over the water. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for one car. No smoking is permitted.

St Ives itself rewards wandering: narrow streets lined with independent shops, galleries including the Tate, and cafes and restaurants at every turn. The town draws families, artists and anyone seeking a seaside base within reach of both beaches and cultural attractions. The nearest sand is minutes away; the wider North Cornwall coast is also accessible for exploration.
