Chough Cottage at Pendra Loweth

Chough Cottage sits on the ground and first floor of a property within Pendra Loweth, a garden village in a wooded valley outside Falmouth. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen fitted for cooking; upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The cottage sleeps four and comes with electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi included. A patio with seating and barbecue opens from the living area.

The wider holiday village offers a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis court and children's play area, plus an on-site café, bar and shop. One parking space comes with the cottage; additional spaces are available on the road. A twenty-minute walk down the valley leads to Maenporth Beach. Falmouth itself—with its restaurants, pubs, maritime museum and pier—is a short drive away, as are the Helford River, Kynance Cove and other coastal walks. The property is for holiday lets only and is non-smoking.
