Trouts Reach is a three-bedroom cottage on the Pendra Loweth development, a wooded estate near Falmouth. The property sleeps six across two double bedrooms and one twin room, with two bathrooms serving the space. The ground floor contains an open-plan living and dining area with French doors that lead to a private patio, which in turn opens onto communal gardens where children can play under mature trees. A separate shower room and kitchen round out the lower level.

What makes this place distinctive is the shared facilities on site: a swimming pool, tennis court and gym are all available to guests. Parking is provided for one car. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. The patio has garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. A 20-minute walk down the valley brings you to Maenporth Beach; Falmouth town, with its restaurants and harbour activities, is a short drive away. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
