Condurrow Cottage

Condurrow Cottage is a detached house on a quiet country lane between Helston and Manaccan, a short distance from the Helford River. The building has character typical of the area—beamed rooms with woodburners in both the living room and dining room create genuine warmth on cooler days. A substantial kitchen includes a Rayburn alongside modern appliances, and French doors open from the living space onto a large enclosed garden that backs onto open fields, with patio furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals.

The layout sleeps six across three bedrooms: one double, one zip-and-link pair of singles, and another pair of singles. Two bathrooms serve the property—one upstairs with a bath and shower, one downstairs with a shower cubicle. Essentials including bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided. Heating is by Economy 7 and oil. Initial logs for the woodburners come with the booking. Private parking for three cars sits on site. The cottage does not permit smoking.

Manaccan village, with its thatched cottages and pub, is within walking distance. The Lizard Peninsula's beaches and villages lie within reach; Kynance Cove is about 15 minutes' drive away. Water sports, kayaking and fishing are popular locally. A working farm opposite the cottage sometimes welcomes visitors to meet the animals. One pet is welcome to stay.
