Falmouth Bay 1

Falmouth Bay 1 consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and seating for four guests and a sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a patio, furniture, storage, and designated parking for 1 car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and within 0.1 miles, a beach. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Have a divine seaside retreat at Falmouth Bay 1. Note: Access to Falmouth Bay 1 is to the side of the property. Note: A Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP is required. Note: The minimum age for children is five years old. Please note: Saturday changeovers only in late July, August, and early September.
