Great Trevillian Farm Barns - Honeysuckle Cottage

Honeysuckle Cottage is a former cart house converted into a single-storey barn property on a working sheep farm. What comes with it matters: electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included as standard. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, so you can cook properly rather than make do. A walk-in shower serves the single bathroom, and there's an external laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers available to guests.

The open-plan living space has French doors onto an enclosed patio garden with furniture and a barbecue. Bedroom 1 is a kingsize; Bedroom 2 has two singles. The property sleeps 4 and one dog stays free. Parking for three cars is on site. If you want to bring younger children, a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Great Trevillian Farm sits a few miles inland from Crackington Haven, where rock pools appear at high tide and sand spreads out as the water recedes. Widemouth Bay and Bude are to the north; Boscastle lies to the west. The farm itself has a stocked carp lake for fishing (licence required) and animals to meet—Kune Kune pigs and ponies among them. No smoking in the cottage.
