Hayloft

Hayloft is a single-storey cottage on a smallholding near Lostwithiel, set within grounds that include an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, games room, and children's play area. The property itself is entirely on one level, with a king bed in one bedroom and two singles in the other, plus a bathroom with a bath and shower. An open-plan living space contains the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a TV and DVD player for evenings in.

The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, so you can cook as much or as little as you choose. Electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included. Outside, a small garden with furniture and a sitting-out area offers a quieter retreat. Parking for one car is available on site. The property does not permit smoking.

Lostwithiel sits a couple of miles inland from the North Cornwall coast, putting beaches and coastal paths within easy reach. The village has a small shop for essentials. There is an unfenced pond roughly 110 yards away in the grounds.
