Henwood Holidays - Small Barn

An amazing place with stunning views to the south and landscapes. Friendly and welcoming. We stayed 5 nights in Mole Cottage. We arrived a little early but managed to get settled in quickly. There are narrow lanes in places towards Henwood so take extra care and be prepared to stop at passing places. Everything for cooking and laundry is available in the cottage.

AVOIDIF YOU CAN!!!! Toxic negative energy. Musty smell all over the house in need of updating. All rooms very basic. Kitchen looks nice but extremely basic. The owner is passive aggressive. Made us feel like we were troubling her for staying there. Had dogs barking and yapping all hours. Left dogs outside alone. Upsetting our dog. Cars coming and going from early morning until after midnight. Do not make the mistake we did and call the owner. (Internet went down & we lost TV signal) Unless you want to be shouted at.... Stay away from Henwood Barns! But you can enjoy the landscape with breathtaking views toxic and negative free. Namaste

Enjoyed weekend break here in March. Lovely comfortable accommodation with everything we needed in a superb location for wandering Bodmin moor. Far enough away to be quiet but close enough to be accessible. The owner was super helpful throughout our couple of days. Definitely recommended

We have stayed at Henwood Barns (small barn) twice now, and are due to return again soon. We have always found the cottage to be perfect for our needs. The cottage is clean and very well equipped. The owner is lovely and has always gone out of her way to make sure we had everything we need - even supplying things to help with our toddler twins, so we didn’t have to bring everything with us. Thank you Becca, we’re looking forward to returning soon.
