Number Six

Number Six is a contemporary ground-floor apartment designed for four guests, accessed via eight steps down from the car park to the entrance. The layout keeps everything on one level: an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and comfortable seating; a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite shower room; a second bedroom with a double bed; and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with parking for one car on site. The property does not permit smoking.

You get a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook properly—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer are all there. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. Communal grounds with seating areas are shared with other properties on the complex. The South Cornwall coast is immediately accessible from here: Mevagissey's fishing village lies a few miles away, Charlestown with its tall ships and historic Georgian port is nearby, and the Eden Project is within reach. St Austell, the old heart of the China clay industry, sits close by with beaches and woodland walks, plus shops and restaurants for everyday needs.
