You arrive at Trelawney Cottage to find a thoughtfully laid-out space spread across two floors. The ground floor opens into a living room with a woodburner and television, leading through to a kitchen-diner with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and full workspace. There's also a ground-floor bedroom with a shower room, plus a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs, two further bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with bunks—share a large shower room with walk-in cubicle. The cottage sleeps 6 and comes with bed linen, towels, wifi and heating included; parking for one car is on site.

The location puts you within reach of St Austell's town centre with its shops, pubs and restaurants, and the beaches and coves that define this stretch of the Cornish coast are a short drive away. The area has genuine draw: the Eden Project, Wheal Martyn mining museum, and Charlestown's harbour all sit within visiting distance. St Austell itself has a distinct character built on its industrial past, with clay workings still visible in the landscape. No smoking inside the property.
