Falmouth itself has a golf course nearby, plus pitch and putt, independent shops and restaurants across multiple cuisines. The setting is rural but not remote—the converted barn sits on the edge of countryside that slopes toward the sea.

The property is on one floor with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath. Everything you need for cooking is here: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. WiFi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for two cars on site and a shared store for bikes and boards. The property has 12 steps up to the entrance. No smoking indoors.
