This Cornish harbour town sits where the river meets the sea, with Whitehouse Quay and the wider estuary forming the backdrop to daily life. Roadstead occupies a prime position along the waterfront, a Victorian property with three bedrooms and three bathrooms that sleeps six. The lower ground floor opens onto a large terrace facing the water—the sort of space where you linger over breakfast watching boats move past. Inside, the accommodation spreads across four levels: a combined living and dining area with kitchen on the lower ground; a second sitting room and study on the ground floor; the main bedroom suite on the first floor; and two further bedrooms on the second level, one with twin beds.

The kitchen handles full self-catering, with a range cooker, dishwasher and laundry facilities included. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating come as standard. A pub lies within a mile's walk. The town centre, harbour and shops are a short stroll away; Readymoney Cove's sandy beach takes ten to fifteen minutes on foot. The property is reserved for your sole use and does not permit smoking.
