The Light House
Cornwall

The Light House is a contemporary three-bedroom home in Fowey, a Georgian and medieval estuary town on Cornwall's south coast. One dog is welcome to stay. The property has parking for two cars on site and sits within walking distance of the town centre and Readymoney Cove, with views across the harbour towards the Boddinick Hills.
Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen flows through French doors to an enclosed, lawned garden with patio and seating. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the basics for self-catering. A separate toilet and a second sitting room with a TV are also on this floor. Upstairs, a main bathroom serves two bedrooms—one with two single beds and one single—while a third bedroom on the top floor has a kingsize bed and its own en-suite shower room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included.
Fowey itself is built into an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a working harbour, galleries, shops and restaurants tucked into narrow lanes. The bus stop is right outside. The property suits families or groups of friends looking for a coastal base; there's enough space and separate rooms for people to have some quiet time away from each other.
