Riverview

Riverview is a detached house sleeping five, positioned above Fowey with views down to the river. Three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, sit on the first floor. The ground floor contains a living and dining room with French doors opening to a patio, a kitchen with a full range of appliances including dishwasher, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is parking for one car on site.

Each bedroom has a television. Bedroom 1 and 2 are doubles (4ft 6in); Bedroom 3 is a single (3ft). The patio overlooks the garden, which extends to the front and rear of the property. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The house does not permit smoking, and is not suitable for children under 8 years old.

Fowey town centre—with its shops, restaurants, pubs and quays—lies about 10–15 minutes' walk downhill. The position suits families or groups sharing a holiday base with river outlook and direct access to the town.
