Trellee

Trellee sits within Pendra Loweth Holiday Village, minutes from Falmouth's working harbour and the beaches at Maenporth and Swanpool. The Cornish coast here is defined by sandy coves, rocky creeks and walking routes that run along the cliffs. Pendennis Castle overlooks the headland nearby, and the National Maritime Museum is easily reached from the village.

The cottage spreads across two floors. Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining space connects to a kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and all basic equipment for self-catering. The main bedroom is on this floor with an ensuite wet room. Upstairs are two further bedrooms—one with a pair of single beds, one with a single—and a family bathroom. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included. There's private parking for one car and a garden with patio space.

The holiday village grounds are shared with other properties and contain a splash pool, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi, plus two tennis courts and a children's play area. A café and bar operate on site. The village lies three-quarters of a mile from shops, with a pub half a mile away. The area suits families and anyone wanting to walk, cycle, fish or take on water sports, though note there is an unfenced stream within the grounds. No smoking inside the property.
