22 Rose Terrace is a two-bedroom cottage on Keswick's main approach road, with the River Greta and Fitz Park across the way. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and kitchen space with tiled floors; upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom is in the attic and reached by steep, narrow stairs—workable for children and adults, though worth knowing about. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with a woodburner for cooler evenings.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A washing machine and dryer are on hand. The main bedroom has a king bed; the attic room has two singles. One dog is welcome. A paved forecourt with bench seat and on-road parking serve the property.
