3 Catherine Cottages is a traditionally built Lakeland stone cottage in Upper Fitz Park, recently refurbished with a modernised kitchen. It sleeps four across two bedrooms—one double and two singles—and has a bathroom with bath and shower. The ground floor contains a living room with smart TV and Netflix access, plus a separate kitchen and dining space where you can cook properly: electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge all function here, alongside a washing machine tucked in. Everything you need is covered—electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

The cottage sits in a quiet cul-de-sac with a small front garden furnished with seating, and parking for one large car or two smaller ones on site. Keswick town centre is a five-minute level walk away, so restaurants, galleries and shops are easily reached without getting in the car. Fitz Park, with its walks, playground and notably handsome cricket ground, is even closer. The River Greta runs nearby, and Derwent Water is roughly fifteen minutes on foot, offering water sports and lake transport. A pub is within a mile. No smoking is permitted inside.
