The cottage sleeps seven across four bedrooms: a kingsize, a double, two singles in one room, and a single. Two bathrooms serve the property, one on the ground floor with a shower cubicle and one upstairs with both bath and shower.

Downstairs, the living and dining room has a 40" Smart TV and open fire. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. A utility room houses a washer-dryer. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided, along with heating and hot water. The garden comes with patio furniture, and a garage offers bike storage, a drying unit and space for boots and outdoor kit. One car can park on site. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking. Derwentwater and fell walks are accessible from the doorstep; note that neighbours have a right of way through the garden.
