Oak Apple House is a detached property arranged over two floors, sleeping up to six people across four bedrooms. The ground floor contains a living room with a 40-inch TV, dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the basics. Upstairs, one bedroom has an ensuite shower; the others share a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included.
The house comes with private parking for three cars, a bike store, and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property does not permit smoking. Note that access involves open, steep spiral stairs.
It sits on a small private development near Keswick town centre, close enough to shops, pubs and restaurants to walk to them, yet far enough removed to feel settled. The Lake District's walking routes are immediate; Theatre by the Lake and Hope Park lie a short walk away.
