Autumn Leaves

Autumn Leaves sits on one level throughout, so you step straight into the living room with its patio doors opening onto the front garden. That's your view sorted from the sofa. The dining room and kitchen flow naturally from here—the kitchen has everything needed for proper cooking, from oven and hob to dishwasher and washing machine, while the dining space works for breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on the day's plans.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms mean space to spread out: one bedroom has a super king bed that splits into two singles if you'd rather, the other a standard king. One bathroom is a shower room, the other a full bath with shower over. Heating, electricity, linen and towels are all sorted. Wi-Fi is included too. A single one-dog welcome is fine here, at no extra cost.

The real draw is outside. A private hot tub for four sits in the rear garden, while the front captures views toward the fells and has seating built in. There's parking for two cars. Braithwaite is small and quiet; Keswick's market town amenities are close by. No smoking indoors.
