Briargarth is a detached bungalow within five minutes' walk of Keswick town centre, set back on a quiet cul-de-sac with its own enclosed lawned garden. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with heating. One car parks on site, with additional spaces on the road outside.

The enclosed garden has decking and furniture, making it a sheltered spot to sit out. A bike store is available, and one well-behaved pet stays free. The property does not permit smoking. Keswick's shops, pubs and restaurants cluster within a ten-minute walk, while fell walking starts from the doorstep for those wanting to explore the surrounding landscape. The town itself sits at the heart of the northern Lakes, surrounded by mountains and within reach of walks suited to varying abilities.
