Keswick sits at the heart of the Lake District, with walking straight from your door and the town centre just a few minutes on foot. Crossfeld is a detached dormer bungalow on the edge of town, positioned to give you easy access to both the fells and the shops, pubs and restaurants of the high street. A convenience store is 200 yards away, the lake less than a mile, and from the garden you can step out to riverside and fell paths.

The house spreads across two floors with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, suited to extended families or two couples travelling together. Downstairs holds a living room, dining room and kitchen with a full range of appliances including dishwasher and separate freezer, plus a utility room with washer-dryer. Upstairs adds a second living room, two more bedrooms and an additional shower room. Two bedrooms have kingsize beds, two have singles. One kingsize comes with an en-suite. All the essentials—heating, electricity, linen, towels and wifi—are included.

Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and furniture overlooks a generous plot, and private parking accommodates six cars. No smoking throughout. Families and couples only.
