Bunbury Cottage

Bunbury Cottage suits couples or two friends seeking a self-contained base in Keswick. The whole property is yours: a single bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower over the bath, and a combined living and dining room where a TV and CD player provide entertainment. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and washer-dryer, so you can cook properly or manage laundry during a longer stay. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; heating and hot water are covered too.

Everything is on the ground floor, accessed from a quiet street two minutes' walk from Keswick centre. There's private parking on site and a patio with garden furniture at the front. A pub stands within a mile. The cottage does not permit smoking. Guests tend to use the location as a springboard for fell walking or simply to explore Keswick's shops, museums and cafés without the fuss of finding somewhere to park each time.
