What a lovely, clean, spacious and homely place to stay. Paul put himself out from beginning to end, very informative. Took cases up to the bedroom. Very accommodating. Breakfast was locally sourced, the sausage was excellent 👌 😋 a lot of variety of cold and hot food, decaf was available 😋 Room was very comfy, bed very comfy and the pillows fantastic, lovely nights sleep. Water hot, shower powerful (room 7) very top floor but manageable. Excellent location. Excellent stay, will definitely be back x

A home from home traditional B&B in a peaceful and beautiful location in Keswick. Just a short walk to the town centre - so handy. Outstanding service from Paul and a delicious breakfast. I really appreciated the ‘first course’ of muesli/granola, seeds, fruit, yoghurt or cereal before the full English. Very comfortable and clean room - so quiet and a comfy bed. I’d definitely stay again.

Brilliant guesthouse and reasonably priced. Rooms were very clean and included everything you could need. Breakfasts were gorgeous, all ingredients were high quality and cooked to your liking. The location is literally a short walk from the Moot Hall so perfect for access to everything. I'd highly recommend this guesthouse.
