Mary’s Cottage

Keswick's town centre and the Alhambra Cinema are close enough to reach on foot, and a pub sits within a mile. Mary's Cottage itself occupies four floors of an 18th-century building that has been stripped back and rebuilt to combine period character—slate and timber floors, sandstone fireplaces—with modern comfort. You get three bedrooms (two with king beds, one with singles), three bathrooms, and spaces to spread out across the living and dining room on the ground floor and a kitchen downstairs with what you need to cook properly.

The cottage sleeps six, with each double bedroom having its own ensuite shower room. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There is parking for one car nearby. The stairs are open, steep and narrow in places.
