Elmcot

Elmcot is a detached house on a quiet cul-de-sac in Cumberland, sleeping four across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a living room with smart TV and DVD player, a kitchen/dining room with electric oven, gas hob and microwave, plus a utility room with washer dryer and separate toilet. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed and en-suite shower, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. The family bathroom offers a bath with shower over. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; gas central heating keeps things warm year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there's a welcome pack on arrival.

Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and furniture provides a private space, with bike storage and parking for two cars. An electric car charging point is available. The location is quiet yet walkable—Keswick town centre is about five minutes' level walk away, making it straightforward to reach shops, restaurants and the starting points for Lake District walks. The property does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
