Fell Hall

Fell Hall stands in rural Cumberland, surrounded by countryside that invites exploration while remaining private enough for undisturbed time with your group. The house itself is substantial: eight bedrooms across two floors, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. Four of the bedrooms have kingsize beds; four have doubles. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, and there is gas central heating throughout.

The ground floor contains two living spaces—one with a woodburner and smart TV, one with a woodburner alone—plus a kitchen fitted with dual electric ovens, a gas cooker, dishwasher, wine cooler and generous fridge space. Downstairs also has a utility room, games room with pool table, and a separate games room with a private heated swimming pool and hot tub for six. A utility room handles laundry. The property includes private parking for eight cars and enclosed gardens at front and rear, with a lawned area at the back and an outdoor sitting space with BBQ.

This is a house for large groups—families, friends gathering for celebrations or milestone occasions—where everyone can spread out and find their own space or gather in common areas. Smoking is not permitted. The rear garden has sloping banks. Wheelchair access is available.
