Helvellyn House

Helvellyn House comes with everything you need for a self-catering stay without compromise. The kitchen has a full set of professional-standard appliances—electric oven and hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine—plus a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Two living rooms give you flexibility: one with a woodburner and smart TV, the other as additional seating space or quieter retreat. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, so you arrive to a ready house.

The accommodation spreads across three floors. Downstairs holds the kitchen, dining area, two sitting rooms and a separate toilet. Upstairs are four bedrooms: two with king beds (each with an ensuite featuring walk-in shower and heated towel rail), and two with twin single beds sharing a bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping up to eight adults.

Location works well if you're based near Keswick but don't want to be in the thick of town. The fell routes—Helvellyn, Catbells, Blencathra, Skiddaw—are on your doorstep, and Keswick town centre is a 5-minute walk for restaurants, pubs and outdoor shops. An enclosed garden with furniture offers a sitting-out area. No smoking throughout. On-road parking is available.
