Laundry Cottage works well for families needing space, groups of friends, or couples wanting more than one living area. Four bedrooms—two with king beds, one with two singles, one with a single—and two bathrooms mean people can spread out comfortably. The ground floor holds two separate reception rooms, a kitchen with dining space that opens to the garden, and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Everything needed for cooking and everyday life is here, from the oven and hob to the dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included.
The cottage sits within the Ireby Grange Estate in the northern Lake District, close enough to walk into open woodland and onto the surrounding fell land. A lawned garden and patio lead straight into these grounds. Parking for four cars is on site. A pub lies within a mile. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property is no-smoking throughout.
