Limetrees is a self-contained apartment within Hewetson Court, a courtyard building just off Keswick's main street. Everything is on one floor: you walk in to a living and dining area with a smart TV, move through to a kitchen with electric cooking and a dishwasher, then access two bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second a three-quarter double. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included.

The location means you can park once and explore on foot. Booths supermarket is nearby, and the town centre is minutes away with its restaurants, cafes and independent shops. Lake Derwentwater is a ten-minute walk, and Keswick's parks offer tennis, bowls and mini-golf. Walking routes of all grades start from the doorstep. A shared courtyard is part of the wider building, and there is parking for one car on site. The property is non-smoking.
