Philip’s Cottage

Keswick sits at the heart of the Lake District, within reach of Derwent Water's shores and walking routes up Latrigg and Skiddaw. Philip's Cottage occupies a quiet riverside location on the town's edge, near Keswick Bridge, where rabbits graze the green outside. The terraced property is yours alone for the duration of your stay, with parking on site and a small enclosed lawn and patio to the rear.

Inside are three bedrooms sleeping up to six: a kingsize, a zip-and-link pair of single beds, and a bunk bed suitable for children. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Downstairs, the living and dining room opens to a kitchen equipped for real cooking, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and American-style fridge freezer. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. A garage provides secure bike storage and parking; there is a step in the garden. One pet is welcome. No smoking indoors.
