The double bedroom and shower room both sit on the same level. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included, along with a welcome pack.

The location puts you yards from Whinlatter Forest, where established walking and mountain-biking trails start immediately. Bassenthwaite Lake lies a short walk down the lane in front. Skiddaw and other Lake District peaks are within reach for day walks, while Keswick's cafés, restaurants and specialist shops are just a drive away. The patio outside overlooks the garden and woodland—a spot to sit with coffee and watch the birds and wildlife that visit the grounds. There is private parking for one car on site and secure bike storage. No smoking is permitted, and the property is not suitable for children.
