Bassenthwaite sits within reach of Keswick, Cockermouth and the surrounding fells, making it a natural base for exploring the Lake District on foot or by bike. The Beeches is a substantial mid-terraced house that sleeps eight across four bedrooms, with two bathrooms and enough living space for families or groups gathering for a week away. One dog is welcome.
The ground floor holds a living and dining room with an open fire, a separate sitting room, a sun room overlooking the garden, and a games room with a snooker table. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower; two further double bedrooms and one twin complete the sleeping arrangements. The main bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. A pub and restaurant stand directly opposite.
Outside, a large lawned garden with patio and barbecue opens from the house. There is parking for four cars on site, a bike store, and a utility room for boots and wet gear. The property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay.
