Keswick's shops, restaurants and lakeside walks are on your doorstep—the town centre is a two-minute walk away. The Old Laundry occupies the first and second floors of a converted building, giving you a whole property to yourselves with lift or stair access. A south-facing roof terrace adds outdoor space, and secure garaged parking for one car means you can leave the vehicle and explore on foot or by bike.

The maisonette sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double and two singles. Downstairs holds the open-plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom on the first floor has a bath with shower over. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The ground floor also has bike storage—useful if you're heading into the Lake District fells or cycling along the valley trails.
