We’ve just had a wonderful three-night stay at this quiet and cosy B&B. Located just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Keswick, it was the perfect base for us, with easy access to plenty of fantastic hikes. Michael was a wonderful host – very attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of options and everything was really tasty. We will definitely be looking to return!

Just stayed the weekend and didn't want to leave! Michael is a friendly, attentive and considerate host. The room was perfect, comfortable and clean. The location couldn't be better, and Michael was a great source of information and directions! As we have severe allergies to animals the 'no pets' policy was great for us. We will be back x

What a lovely well presented guest house. The host Mike was very welcoming. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable , enjoyable stay. The breakfast selection is very good & well presented.
