The Old Laundry 4

Upper Fitz Park sits within easy reach of Keswick's shops, pubs and restaurants. The Old Laundry 4 occupies the first and second floors of a converted building in this area, sleeping four guests across two bedrooms and one bathroom. A lift serves the ground floor, with stairs leading to the upper level. The property is yours alone during your stay.

Downstairs, an open-plan living space contains a sofa, television, and dining area that opens onto a timber-decked roof terrace with table and chairs—useful for quiet evenings or morning coffee. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in) and the other two singles (3ft each). The bathroom includes a bath and separate shower cubicle. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Heating keeps things warm in colder months. A garage on site provides secure parking for one car, and there is bike storage available. No smoking is permitted inside.
