We really enjoyed our stay at Avondale guest house. It's ideally located, the rooms are clean and well thought out and there's everything you need. The breakfast was really good and added bonus of homemade jam, marmalade and bread. The hosts are really nice and you might see them also enjoying the fells whilst out and about. 100% recommend and we'll definitely come again!

Fantastic stay. Great hosts who made us feel welcome and nothing was too much of an ask. Great location. The room was very well presented, very clean and full of local and sustainable products. We would definitely look to book here again in the future.

This is an excellent place to stay. It's very clean, comfortable and just a short stroll to the main square. The quality of breakfast is outstanding and Amy and Chris certainly know what they're doing. We will definitely look up Avondale on any future trips to Keswick.

Great place, nice rooms, owners are lovely and will do anything for you. A must try is the home made sourdough bread. Located two minutes from the centre of Keswick. Been there twice and will certainly be staying there again.
