Keswick sits at the heart of the Lake District, with the town centre offering shops, cafes and pubs within easy reach. Walkers Retreat is a two-bedroom cottage positioned just off Main Street, sleeping up to three guests across two floors. One bedroom has a double bed, the other a single; both are on the ground floor along with a bathroom combining bath and shower. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen and living room give onto each other, with a television and full cooking facilities including oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Parking for one car is on site.
Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. The cottage is non-smoking. One pet stays free. From here, Derwent Water is within reach for boat trips, and the surrounding fells offer walking of all grades—from gentle valley routes to the higher summits of Skiddaw and Blencathera.
