Hired electric bikes for a wonderful day trip along the canal and over the aqueduct. Straightforward to make a booking and the team happily changed the date when needed. Very helpful directions too. Good quality bikes of different sizes. No issues with battery charge. Love that it's a not- for-profit, too.

Bought a second hand bike from Drosi Bikes last month (Aug 2025). I had a long way to travel to view/collect the bike so had many questions before embarking on the trip, these were met with professionalism and definite answers. When I arrived, I could see that the bike was exactly as described and was ready for a test ride. Needless to say, the test ride was good and 20 minutes later, the bike was in my car coming home with me. Thank you Drosi Bikes, keep doing what you are doing and, I love my new bike.

Had a bike mishap which caused damage to my seat,unridable....had 30mile to get back home at shortest....popped into shop,mechanic was off,yet the lovely lady said I could use the workshop tools to try and repair...I needed a new seat and as it happened there was a stack of second hand saddles to choose one from,charged me far to little,so gave extra.saved my ride and day...even let me wash my mucky hands too.

Excellent service, myself my wife and my friend hired 3 e bikes for 45 pound each, the staff were very helpful with setup. Unfortunately we were running a couple minutes later than expected but the staff were amazing at accommodating us, even staying open later for us to return them. Would definitely recommend.
