Buzzard

On the edge of Dartmouth, beside the golf course and spa resort, Buzzard sits in grounds with lawned areas, tennis courts and direct access to a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. The village itself is a short drive away, leaving the property in a quieter setting while remaining close enough for restaurants and the town centre. One dog stays free.

The house spreads across three floors. Ground level has an open-plan kitchen and living space with a wood burner, dining area, and separate toilet; doors open onto both a rear patio and front garden sitting area. The first floor holds two en-suite bedrooms—one with a zip-and-link kingsize (which splits into singles on request), the other with two single beds. On the top floor, a further en-suite bedroom contains a kingsize bed. All three bathrooms have heated towel rails and either a bath or shower cubicle. Two steps lead to the entrance.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for self-catering. Underfloor heating runs throughout. Essentials including bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided. There is parking for one car on site. The property is non-smoking.
