Bradbourne - Valley View Barn
Derbyshire Dales

The Derbyshire Dales around Ashbourne hold some of England's best walking country. Tissington Ford Barn lies nearby, and the Peak District National Park edges close enough that serious rambles start from the gate. Market towns, stone villages and proper pubs dot the valleys within easy reach by car or on foot, making this part of Derbyshire work well for groups who want somewhere to base themselves and explore outward.
Bradbourne – Valley View Barn is a converted barn with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 people across its entirety. Five of the bedrooms are upstairs with ensuite showers; the others sit on the ground floor with a shared bathroom. Most beds are zip-and-link kingsize (split into singles if needed), with two standard doubles upstairs. The ground floor opens into a single living space with dining and kitchen areas together—a layout that keeps groups connected. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and the appliances you'd need to cook for numbers. Off it sits a utility room with a second fridge and washing machine. You get wifi throughout, bed linen and towels as standard, and heating is included. A hot tub sits in the private garden, available for an extra charge.
The property works for family gatherings, friend groups or celebrations. Parking accommodates six cars. A lawned area leads to a gravelled courtyard and a patio with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. No smoking indoors. Cots and high chairs can be arranged on request.

STUNNING!!!! I organised my Spanish Learning Retreat at this beautiful stay. Honestly, fabulous venue with the greatest owners. Sophie was super responsive, and she accommodated us in every possible way. When we got there, everything was spotless! The rooms are lovely and spacious, the beds are superb, and the communal area is nice and cosy. The view is stunning, and the walks are great around the area. Easy to find as well. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We stayed at this renovated barn for a weekend in July, and it was exceptional. The cleanliness, the attention to details and the amazing layout throughout. Not to forget the amazing views, and the fabulous fields all around the property. We had such an amazing time and we are definitely coming back! Thank you Sophie for the amazing experience!
