From here, the Derbyshire Dales open up: Dovedale and Monsal Head are a short drive, as are Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House. The countryside around Hope Valley suits walkers and cyclists equally well, with trails threading through the Peak District.

Corner Cottage has two double bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor, with a living room and combined kitchen-dining space below.
