Jasmine Cottage

The High Peak Trail and Tissington Trail are within walking distance of Jasmine Cottage, and several villages worth exploring on foot—Monyash, Tideswell, Matlock, Ashbourne and Buxton—are nearby. Chatsworth is also a short drive away. The cottage itself is a recently converted barn on a working farm, where you can see the animals and children have access to a shared play area.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds the kitchen, dining and living space in one open area, where a wood burner warms the room and a smart TV provides evening entertainment. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly or do laundry. A shower room with a cubicle and a step up completes the ground floor. Two bedrooms upstairs—one double, one single—sleep three in total. Behind the cottage, an enclosed patio looks out over the Derbyshire hills and has garden furniture for sitting outside. Two cars can park on site.

Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and the initial fuel for the wood burner are all provided, along with heating and electricity. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. No smoking is permitted in the property.
