A stunning campsite with harbour/sea views, stunning pine trees and a chilled ambiance (the scouts were down the other end, no bother!) handy cooking facilities and very clean showers and toilets. The resident peacocks were a joy too see! The island has so much wildlife, and when the last boat departs it's a magical experience to roam the island all to yourself! Bring nuclear grade bug spray, got eaten alive by the midges in the evening!

Wonderful place. Loved every minute of camping here, the staff are lovely, facilities are clean. Loved the fact there is no electric and little phone signal. Loads of wildlife, different plants and trees. Everyone respects others. There is no rubbish or much noise at all. The beaches are all different. We will return next year. The only one thing we found, it's difficult to dry swimwear when the weather is not hot, so a mangle outside the showers would be great.

I loved it here. It's the closest experience to wild camping without actually wild camping. I felt I didn't really have to go anywhere - I was already there. Pheasants and other birds were occasionally "checking in", the sea is right there, the woods are there, plus beautiful sunset spots. I came on a warm and sunny bank holiday weekend and staff said that it would get "very busy", but it was not crowded at all. Really lovely. You get given a box full of kitchen utensils and a cool box with 2 ice cubes. Arrived by paddleboard, but they also have a shuttle that'll transport your luggage (at certain times). Bring all food!
